PTS Data Center Solutions Announces New Manager of Information Systems and MSP Operations
Tuesday, September 24, 2024: PTS Data Center Solutions, Inc. founder and president, Pete Sacco, has made an exciting announcement regarding the promotion of Len Bicher to the position of Manager of Information Systems and MSP Operations. This new role will see Len overseeing operations across all PTS divisions, including Inspirica, INTUVA, GRID7, and the soon-to-be-launched Gray Wolf Data Centers.
In his official statement, Pete Sacco praised Len’s exceptional contributions over the past five years, highlighting his expertise as a technical manager. “I’m pleased to announce that Len Bicher has been promoted to Manager of Information Systems and MSP Operations at PTS,” Sacco stated. “Specifically, Len will oversee Inspirica’s IT, cybersecurity, and data service offerings and delivery. He will also be responsible for all IT operations across all PTS divisions.”
Len’s primary responsibility in his new role will be advancing Inspirica’s focus on data services. PTS has set a major goal of becoming a data-driven decision-making company by 2025, and Len will play a pivotal role in this transformation. His leadership will help PTS leverage data as a tool for growth and operational excellence. Inspirica, a key PTS division, is poised to enhance its data service offerings under Len’s guidance, making it more competitive in the industry.
Expanded IT and Data Services
Len’s expanded responsibilities won’t stop at Inspirica’s IT and cybersecurity initiatives. He will also lead IT projects for INTUVA, focusing on the integration of AI and High-Performance Computing (HPC) workloads into edge data center environments. This emphasis on AI and HPC highlights PTS’s commitment to forward-thinking technologies that drive efficiency and innovation in its services.
Additionally, Len’s promotion signals a broader expansion of PTS’s technical capabilities. Sacco announced that two new consultants have joined the Inspirica team to support Len’s efforts and drive growth.
New Talent on the Inspirica Team
The first new addition is a consultant with deep expertise in Microsoft’s suite of products, from cloud services to applications. Sacco explained that this subject matter expert (SME) will enhance Inspirica’s ability to compete against larger service providers by delivering focused Microsoft solutions to mid-sized organizations. Sectors that will particularly benefit include service providers, manufacturing, healthcare, and financial services.
“The addition of a Microsoft SME to the Inspirica team will significantly bolster our capacity to compete against much larger service providers,” said Sacco. “By directing our Microsoft expertise toward CEOs and executive management teams of mid-sized organizations, we’re positioning Inspirica to deliver cutting-edge solutions that meet the needs of today’s evolving businesses.”
The second addition to the team is an expert in data services, with experience ranging from business consulting to engineering. This individual will spearhead Inspirica’s growth in data services, including data warehousing, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load), data modeling, and AI learning driven by private metadata.
Sacco emphasized the impact this data services expert will have on Inspirica’s client offerings, explaining, “This SME will be instrumental in developing Inspirica’s expanded client offerings, establishing significant OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) to drive growth. They will also focus on deploying a powerful workplace tool that integrates real-time dashboards, team chat-based communications, and project management into a single cloud-based platform.”
This new tool is designed to offer clients a more efficient and cost-effective alternative to individual solutions like Microsoft Power BI, Slack, and Asana, by providing a unified platform that delivers multiple functionalities in a seamless manner.
Looking to the Future
With Len Bicher leading the way, supported by his new team members and under the guidance of corporate manager Tom Niessen, Inspirica and all PTS divisions are on track to embrace the future of AI and data-driven decision-making. These changes represent PTS’s continued commitment to innovation and excellence in IT and managed service provider (MSP) operations.
Sacco concluded the announcement by expressing his optimism about the future, stating, “Together, Len, his two new SMEs, and his corporate manager, Tom Niessen, will lead Inspirica, and consequently all PTS divisions, along with our clients, into a promising future of leveraging AI to boost productivity and growth.”
As PTS prepares for 2025, Len’s promotion and the expanded team signify a pivotal moment in the company’s ongoing evolution, marking a new chapter in its journey toward becoming a leader in data services and AI-driven solutions. Congratulations to Len Bicher and the entire PTS team on this exciting new venture!
